Birds chirping, silly games and scratched knees, that was the goal. I wanted to make a wholesome environment that made me feel like I had stepped into a movie like Peter Pan or Arrietty. Given the unique complications that came with making such a large tree I had to jump through a couple of hoops and attempt a couple of tricks. For example I decided to make the tree in one part inside of speedtree which made iteration and modifying a whole lot easier. Most of the assets also use tiling textures given their size, meaning needing to add masks to give wear and dirt to the objects. The absolute majority of the assets were made by me except for some of the textures and a fern asset.
